Each attunement is played for a full week (24/7) to facilitate you in meditating every day, at whatever time you like, in whatever time zone you live.
Attunement for your meditation and healing session runs non-stop 24 / 7 so please feel free to join any time.
We recommend you spend at least 15 minutes meditating.
We recommend people meditate between 6 – 7am and/or 8 – 9 pm in your time zone, although world wide people meditate at any times that suit their lifestyle.
Attunements are for members only (free or paid) so please join.
Every Monday morning (at 7am), Brisbane, Australia time there is a new attunement for the following week.
What is an Attunement?
An attunement is a powerful connection to energies. Attunement energies are channeled into the participant through the combined meditation of the group. Most people experience a healing, or a ‘cleansing’ during and after their meditation, and some people report having spiritual experiences involving personal messages, visions, and past life experiences through this process.
Everyone receives a benefit, including increased strength of energy, healing of personal problems, clarity of mind, increased psychic sensitivity, and a raised level of consciousness.
What happens during an Attunement?
During an attunement a person’s energy channels open and connect to the energies of others in the global meditation and healing network.
As a free member your negative energies are released and cleansed during this process of release, allowing you to feel relaxed and de-stressed.
Commitment and sacrifice open the meditator to not only releasing negative energies, but also to easily receiving healing energies from the global network. As a paid member the attunement creates an energy pattern around the recipient of the attunement which attunes their energy field to receiving the healing energies expressed by the group.

Preparing for an Attunement
In order to improve the results you receive during your meditation session is it suggested you find a quiet place to relax, allow the attunement to play in the background, and just become aware of the thoughts and images that float before you during your meditation. Try to sleep without sleeping. Find your ‘zone’. Do not rush. This will allow the attunement energies to work more efficiently and create greater benefits for you. These steps are optional and follow them only if they work for you.
